How do I make a booking?

We accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order.

Where can I collect my baby hire order?

We are a contactless delivery and collection service only. Our team will deliver and pick up your equipment directly to your accommodation! This can be a holiday house, apartment, hotel or holiday park.

What time will my hire equipment be delivered and collected?

All deliveries are completed by 4pm 7 days a week. Collection is due by 10am on the final day of your stay or the final day you have requested on your order.

If you require delivery before 10am, please book the day prior to your arrival where possible to ensure items are ready for you to use in the morning.

If you require a late check-out past 10am please contact us to arrange an extension. We may not always be able to extend your booking, so to avoid disappointment, please request to extend as soon as possible (we request at least 24 hours before your check-out date).

Do you do same day delivery?

Yes! We can guarantee same day delivery if your order is made by 9am. If your order is made past this time, it will be placed for next day delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

Our delivery is free within the Byron Bay township (including Suffolk Park). If you require delivery outside Byron Bay, there may be a small fee for our service. We do not deliver to Alstonville or Lismore, however, we can deliver to Broken Head, Brunswick Heads, Bangalow, Lennox Head, Cabarita, Kingscliff and the Gold Coast, just to name a few! Can you install a car seat I have purchased?

Yes! We are certified child restraint installers. Our mobile fitting service can come to you to check and/or install a car seat to ensure the safety of your most precious cargo. We also do safety checks! You can book a fitting with us here:

Can you deliver and install car seats if we hire a car?

Yes! We can arrange our fitter to deliver and install car seats and boosters into your rental car. We charge $66.00 per installation. If you require this service, we will need specific details to ensure efficiency. This may include the name of the car rental company, details of your reservation, arrival and departure times, accommodation address and positioning on the car seat (rearward/forward install). Please note that there is a delivery fee for all locations outside Byron Bay township. Installations are subject to availability and appointment only.

Is all rental equipment clean and safe?

Absolutely! We personally understand how important this is for families, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of hygiene practice. As all the items are of course rental equipment, they have been loved and used by many, so we cannot promise brand new equipment each time, however all our items are carefully washed, wiped and sanitised prior to every delivery. Some strollers and prams have air-filled tyres, which are frequently checked and replaced. Occasionally a tyre will get punctured, if this happens while you have the stroller, let us know and we will be able to repair or replace on site as soon as possible.

Do you hire fold out beds?

Yes we do! Our beds are single sized and include a thick innerspring mattress with a soft topper. The fold up frame is made of heavy-duty steel and includes castor wheels if you need to move it. You can hire beds with or without linen.
