Late check-out/missed collection fee

If you require a late-check out OR your hire order was unable to be collected on due time, a service fee of minimum $5.00 to maximum of full day rate per hire item will apply.

Please note, this fee will apply automatically after our collection service has attempted to pick up items. We will call and/or email you to notify of failed attempt/s to collect.
